Alanna Blackburn RMT, RYT, CIMT
Alanna is a Registered Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Herbalist and Yoga Teacher who is also trained in Cupping and Craniosacral therapy.
She is a graduate of a 3000-hour Massage Therapy Program and has been practicing since 2015 tailoring each treatment to fit the individualized needs of her clients. She believes in the restorative potential of the human mind, body, and spirit in response to massage.
Offering one-on-one yoga sessions, Alanna uses her knowledge of anatomy and the energy centers of the body to help people connect with their unity within while giving them the tools to become confident in their own self-practice and inner journey. Sergio Gonzalez RMT
Sergio’s passion for helping others through touch started when he was six, when his mom introduced him to Reiki. This triggered a curiosity about different pain and rehab therapy modalities, massage therapy specifically.
Sergio has over 10 years of massage experience, along with 2 years educating other therapists. From this, his passion for helping clients, be and feel better, has deepened.
Sergio combines Swedish, therapeutic, and myofascial techniques with stretching and strengthening exercises to restore overall well-being. He has experience working with TMJ dysfunction, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Whiplash, Tension Headaches, Postural Dysfunctions, Sports Injuries and other chronic injuries.

Laura Sawers SLP
Laura is a pediatric speech and feeding therapist. She graduated in 2010 with a M.Sc. in Speech-Language Pathology from Western Kentucky University. Laura is licensed with the Alberta College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists, and has over 14 years of experience as an SLP. Her passion lies in supporting connections between children, their loved ones, and the world around them. By working closely with families, Laura ensures that the supports provided are not only child-centered but also consider the unique needs and dynamics of each family. Laura has supported infants and children with feeding and swallowing difficulties in acute care and home settings. Recognizing the critical role that feeding plays in a child’s overall development, she is dedicated to providing caregivers with the research-based guidance they need. Laura’s personal experience with her own son’s premature delivery and early feeding needs intensified her desire to help families navigate feeding challenges. Laura has enhanced her practice as a pediatric feeding therapist by successfully completing 95 hours of lactation-specific education.
She has also had the privilege of working in early intervention and with school-aged children with speech and language needs. Laura understands the importance of addressing children’s unique communication needs in order to help them thrive. Her interventions are tailored to each child’s strengths and needs, focusing on functional communication skills.
